An efficiency enhancement has been added to the Precise Sports Admin, the Quick Search.

Now you can perform a search of the entire Admin from any page. Just place your cursor in the new "Quick Search" box located in the upper right corner of the Admin and start typing. Your results will load in an ordered list below the search box as soon as you type at least 2 characters. Click on a result and be taken directly to the details for that item!

Results are grouped by Admin page in order of how frequently you use each page. This feature is only visible to User accounts (it is hidden to Members).

Precise Sports has added the ability for statistics and game results for Team and League websites.

• Keep track of sport-specific statistics for all players in your organization (or use only for select teams)
• Track historical statistics for seasons, tournaments and playoffs
• View complete game results with player and team totals

Organizations using Precise Sports' Online registration tools will notice some improvements, including the following:

• You can now create Age Groups, which can then be assigned to Camps/Programs. This age group designation will be added to the event title on the calendar and below the title on the Camp/Program list.
• Using the new "Description Type" designation you can now use the content of a page on your site as the Camp/Program description. This allows you to have a dedicated page for the description.
• The colors for each Camp/Program that you choose now show on the Camp/Program list as an accent.

Teams using the Elite or Complete plans will now be able to add box scores to their site using the Game Results Admin page. This will allow for a scoring breakdown to be added for every game.

Logos for opponent teams can be added on the Opponents Admin page using file upload or url paste. Opponent logos are automatically resized and cropped.

For those with horizontal drop-down navigation, a "Game Results" link has been added to the Schedule drop-down menu for easy visitor access to the box scores.

New feature announcement:

Admin pages with Calendars can now be exported as an iCal feed. This will allow you to keep tabs on the latest updates to your website from your favorite iCal reader.

How it works

• Click on the "Tools" button and then the "iCal" button
• Click the Subscribe link to open with your default application or copy and paste the link into your web-based application
• iCal Feeds are tied to your account (the feed will show the exact information as if you were logged in) and thus should not be freely shared. For security purposes changing either your username or password will void all previous feeds.

What is an iCal Feed?

iCal feeds are designed to be used by calendar applications to display events. You can subscribe to them using applications such as Apple iCal, Google Calendar, Outlook and Yahoo! Calendar.
